A file will not process

This is the most useful thing you can write about, and also the hardest to act on without detail. Please include:

  • Which tool you used, and what you were trying to do.
  • Your browser and version, and whether you are on a phone or a computer.
  • What happened — an error message, a blank result, a crash, or a wrong-looking output.
  • The file size and roughly how many pages it has.

Please do not attach the document itself. We cannot accept your files, and the whole point of this site is that we never receive them. If a specific file is the problem, try to reproduce it with a document you do not mind describing, and tell us what the two have in common — scanned versus digital, password-protected, produced by a particular program.

Requesting a tool

BunkerPDF has 21 tools so far. If something is missing, describe the job rather than the feature: “I get scanned invoices and need the text out of them” tells us more than “add OCR”, because it also tells us what the output needs to look like.

The constraint is that everything here has to run in the browser without uploading your file. Some requests fail that test, and we would rather say so than quietly add a tool that breaks the promise the rest of the site is built on.

Checking the privacy claims

You do not have to take our word for any of it. The privacy policy explains how to verify, in your own browser, that no file leaves your device: open the Network tab and use any tool. If you find something that contradicts what is written there, that is a bug and we want to hear about it that day.

Press, partnerships and advertising

Same address. We do not publish sponsored posts, paid reviews or guest articles, and we do not sell links — so those emails will get a polite no. Anything else is welcome.
